how and when ? The peoples of the free world will be safe from being killed, run over and stabbed

Almost no country, from Europe, America, and Canada to Australia, but its people live in terror, expecting a murder to be hit by a car, or by stabbing with a knife ..
Why do these peoples live in the shadow of a permanent nightmare that repeats and does not stop
?
The answer is frankly: Because the heads of all these countries, each on his own, fear taking decisive action against terrorism and its sources, for fear of losing electoral votes for the members of the ideological community whose members are terrorists.
Every president from those countries - and every politician - has the votes that lead him to power or keep him there for another period .. More important than providing security and safety for his people and his country !!
And because if those countries had moved away from the disintegration of their opinion and the division of their decisions ... if they wanted to do something serious ... the security authorities would have met for all of these countries ... and the situation was defined as follows:
All terrorist operations come from towards a certain ideological community, even at a rate of 99% .. It is not possible to condemn the terrorists without sacred texts of their faith, likewise the temples and the clergy who lead those temples cannot be exonerated, as well as the headscarves - the banners of terror - that are above the heads of the women of that ideological community. ..
And after long patience. And because our country and our peoples have the right on us to provide them with safety from indiscriminate killing: being run over with cars or stabbed with knives .. So we all decided the following:
Close all the temples of that creed, deport its men to their countries of origin, and ban the head covering - women - of that faith. Than appearing in any public place. And absolutely.
Politicians and parliamentarians in our countries should not betray their country and let their people not fail by hesitant or reluctance to implement these decisions.
Then a union of parliaments of all these countries meets and issues a law implementing these decisions and recommendations.
The security services of these countries must take precautions to counter the reactions.
People must bear the pain of this surgery, because it eliminates the cancer of terrorism
