Lebanon - People commit suicide and the United Nations in deaf and mute

What if.. There was really a United Nations body.
I wouldn't let Lebanon and its people, for example, commit suicide because of hunger. And all the rulers of Lebanon who stole it and ruined it are watching
The people of Lebanon pay their state in the budget and wages of the staff of the United Nations. What did that body that is counted on the peoples of the world as mayor, not actually mayor. We live in a world without a mayor.
If the world had a mayor named The United Nations. To impose the international quarantine on the Lebanese authorities. And I decided to follow.

All the banks of the world would have ordered the detention of the balances of all the rulers of Lebanon

The United Nations must be the mayor of the world truly
To have a world without a mayor. This means choosing chaos and poverty of the hunger of peoples and unjustified wars

لما تركت لبنان وشعبه - كمثال - الناس ينتحرون بسبب الجوع . وكل حكام لبنان الذين سرقوه وخربوه يتفرجون
شعب لبنان يدفع - دولتهم - في ميزانية وأجور موظفي هيئة الأمم المتحدة .. فماذا فعلت تلك الهيئة المحسوبة علي شعوب العالم باعتبارها عمدة , وليست بعمدة في الواقع .. اننا نعيش في عالم بلا عمدة
لو كان للعالم عمدة اسمه الأمم المتحدة .. لفرضنت الحجر الدولي علي السلطات اللبنانية . و قررت بالآتي
1 - لأمرت كل بنوك العالم احتجاز أرصدة كل حكام لبنان .
2 - أمر وإنذار لكل الميلشيات والجماعات المسلحة بتسليم أسلحتها للجيش في خلال شهر واحد . وفي حالة عدم التنفيذ يتم تشكيل قوة مسلحة دولية مكونة من الدول الكبري . للقبض علي زعماء تلك الجماعات , ومحاكمتهم دولياً . ونزع الأسلحة بالقوة و تسليمها لجيش لبنان .
3 - أمر دولي من هيئة الأمم المتحدة . بمنع حكومات الدول من استقبال أو منح تأشيرات سفر لأي من قادة لبنان , باعتبارهم محجور عليهم دولياً وعدم قبول ايداعات منهم أو مسحوبات لهم ببنوك العالم .
4 - تشكبل حكومة دولية مؤقتة لادارة البلاد لمدة 6 شهور . لانهاض الاقتصاد اللبناني .
5 - عمل انتخابات برلمانية ورئاسية باشراف الأمم المتحدة .
6 تشكيل حكومة جديدة . تسليمها السلطة . تعمل لمدة سنة تحت إشراف ومتابعة الحكومة الدولية .
---- علي سكرتير عام الأمم المتحدة أنن يواجه الدول الكبير صاحبة حق الفيتو :
إما أن تكون الأمم المتحدة , هيئة فعالة كميزان للحكم والسلم العالمي .. أو لا تكون
إما أن أكون سكرتيراً عاماً لهيئة دولية حقيقية أو لا أكون ..
الأمم المتحدة يجب أن تكون هي عمدة العالم بحق ..
أما أن يكون عالم بلا عمدة .. فهذا معناه اختيار الفوضي وفقر جوع الشعوب والحروب التي لا مبرر لها .
