Tawakkol Karman Welcomes Human Rights' Resolution and Calls for Comprehensive Investigation
in all Human Rights Violations in Yemen

           I would like to welcome Human Rights Council's resolution No. A/HRC/33/L.5 dated 30 Sep. 2016 in Geneve, that calls for support to the Yemeni National Commission to Investigate Human Rights Violations with technical assistance and with capacity building. I call upon the Commission to conduct an immediate, serious and transparent investigation to all human rights violations in Yemen. I further call upon the OHCHR to provide all needed technical assistance and capacity building to the Commission to undertake its mandate efficiently. Hoping that inquiry will lead to provide justice to the victims and protects civilians in Yemen.
I also call upon all human rights organizations in Yemen to provide the National Commission with all violations reports they've developed and to work as a civil monitoring body to the Commission's work.

توكل كرمان ترحب بقرار مجلس حقوق الانسان ، وتدعو إلى تحقيق شامل في كل انتهاكات حقوق الانسان في اليمن.

والقاضي بدعم اللجنة الوطنية للتحقيق في انتهاكات حقوق الانسان قي اليمن فنياً وتقنياً. واطالب اللجنة بسرعة التحقيق الجاد والشفاف في كافة انتهاكات حقوق الانسان في اليمن،

 كما أدعو المفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان إلى سرعة تزويد اللجنة الوطنية للتحقيق في ادعاءات إنتهاكات حقوق الإنسان بالدعم الفني الكافي، وبناء القدرات اللازمة للقيام بعملها، حسب منطوق القرار.
آملة ان يفضي التحقيق إلىإانصاف الضحايا، وحماية المدنيين في اليمن، كماأدعو كافة منظمات حقوق الانسان في اليمن إلى تزويد اللجنة الوطنية بما لديهم من تقارير، وإلى تشكيل رقابة مدنية على أدائها.
