حول مشكلة مديرة الشركة الصينية المعتقلة في كندا ، والمطلوب تسليمها لامريكا ،، كندا تضررت من تلك المشكلة ، ولكي لا تتضرر اكثر ، لعل الافضل احالة الامر للمحكمة الدولية ، وعلي كل من الصين وامريكا تقديم المستندات ووالادلة ، وما تقضي به المحكمة الدولية علي كندا تنفيذه بلا حرج ولا لوم ، ومن حقها - كندا - ان تطلب تعويضا عما لحقها من الاضرار ، وتترك للمحكمة الدولية تقدير التعويض وتحديد الدولة الواجب عليها السداد
