Political perceptions

If some country was shocked exceptional risk
the president needs to issue unusual political decision
may be rejected by the ordinary courts
and judge , may not understand in he politics,
or he comply with the law which between his hands .. with a mentality of the routine,
or tyranny - a tendency, and fancy -
just wanting to work championship challenge the political leadership ..
or for achieving fame populist ..
(Judges are not angels, we must not leave them to our issues in all cases, and we sleep ..)
... ...
then .. the President, has to ask the parliament to issue a special law
, albeit for a specific period
to rescue the country's security ..
and to protect the people
