Since you care so deeply about defending free speech and religious liberty, I think you will be horrified by what's happening to a Christian couple in Vermont.
Please take a moment to hear their story firsthand.
In short, Melinda and Casey want to provide vulnerable children with a loving home -- so they signed up to be foster parents. They went through the entire vetting process and received their license in January.
But when the state of Vermont discovered Melinda and Casey support parental rights and oppose radical transgender ideology, it revoked their foster care license.
As you know, it's unconstitutional to discriminate against someone based on their sincerely held religious beliefs.
That's why I'm asking you to help Melinda and Casey fight back and defend religious liberty for all Americans.
Friend, the impact of this case extends beyond Melinda, Casey, and foster children in Vermont.
It's about the left shutting down your ability to live according to your sincerely held religious beliefs.
It's about the left punishing folks like Melinda and Casey who won't go along with evil.
And it's about the left forcing parents to indoctrinate children with the transgender ideology at a young age.
When I heard about Melinda and Casey's situation -- I knew the Center for American Liberty needed to get involved.
After all, no organization has fought back against the left's radical transgender policies like we have. Plus, we have a winning record when it comes to defending religious liberty -- including three victories at the United States Supreme Court, where we repeatedly beat Gavin Newsom and re-opened churches and houses of worship shutdown during COVID.
Earlier this week, we filed a lawsuit against four individuals at the Vermont Department of Children and Family on Melinda and Casey's behalf.
