The danger of owning a nuclear weapon, the duty to liquidate it, and the prohibition of its possession

The threat of a head of state using atomic weapons is a harbinger of danger to the peace of the globe. Nuclear weapons are now as fashion, every dictator of a small country for a backward people, striving to acquire nuclear weapons, by pretending at first to work a nuclear reactor for peaceful use! It's a frightening thing, what foolishness from a crazed leader (Putin, North Korea boy, Trump - if in power - Iran's turbans if they had nuclear weapons.. and others.. It could lead to the destruction of the planet.. An international law must be established to liquidate nuclear weapons and reactors , and prevent its possession.

خطر امتلاك السلاح النوووي وواجب تصفيته وتحريم اقتنائه

تهديد رئيس دولة باستخدام السلاح الذري , نذير خطر علي سلام الكرة الأرضية . السلاح النووي الآن أصبح كما الموضة , كل ديكاتور لدولة صغيرة لشعب متخلف , يسعي لامتلاك السلاح النووي , بالتظاهر في البداية بعمل مفاعل نووي للاستخدام السلمي ! انه شيء مخيف , أية حماقة من زعيم مخبول ( بوتين , صبي كوريا الشمالية , ترامب - لو في السلطة - عمائم ايران لو امتلكوا السلاح النووي .. وغيرهم ..  يمكن أن يؤدي لدمار كوكب الأرض .. لابد من وضع قانون دولي لتصفية الأسلحة والمفاعلات النووية , ومنع امتلاكها .
