في الأسبوع المقبل، في الخامس عشر من أكتوبر/تشرين الأول، سيحضر سيمون أتابا أمام المحكمة للمرافعة الشفوية لاستئناف رفض قضيته.
وسيترافع مدير التقاضي لدينا، جوش ديكسون، نيابة عن سيمون.
وسيطلب من محكمة الاستئناف في مقاطعة كولومبيا إلغاء رفض المحكمة الأدنى لطلبنا بالحكم الموجز.

Next week, on October 15th, Simon Ateba will appear in court for the oral argument appealing the dismissal of his case.
Our very own Director of Litigation, Josh Dixon, will argue on Simon's behalf.
He will ask the DC Circuit Court of Appeals to reverse the lower court's denial of our motion for summary judgement.
This is a big deal -- which is why I'm turning to our very best supporters with a special request.
Will you flood Josh's inbox with notes of encouragement ahead of the hearing?
This case isn't just about making sure that journalist Simon Ateba has equal access to the White House Briefing Room.
It is about holding the White House accountable for censoring the American people.
If fair and free elections are as important to you as they are to me, which I trust they are, we have to do everything we can to protect the freedom of the press.
Without a truly free press, voters cannot make informed decisions because the only information they have to base their vote on is incumbent approved propaganda.
Courageous journalists, like Simon Ateba, are exposing that propaganda for what it is…
…and I think it terrifies the Biden White House.
They want to silence him so they can control you.
Friend, Josh is an experienced and highly skilled litigator; he is going to do a great job.
